		<description>What a great article!  I have trouble sleeping at times and find that many of these tips really work for me, too.  Exercise is crucial, I think, as is a period of quiet before turning off the light.  I actually cover the LED lights at night because I have found they sometimes do keep me awake.  I also have a sunrise alarm that gradually turns on my low-wattage bedside lamp so that I avoid that horrible jarring of an alarm clock -- it seems less awful when the light's already on.  Thanks for this!</description>
